The kitchen is fully equipped with a double refrigerator. A spacious island in the center is perfect for cooking or hosting a private chef. The 2-meter-long quartz dining table seats 10. This kitchen is a dream come true for anyone who values quality and a paradise for cooking enthusiasts.

The living room has an L-shaped sofa with a TV and free Netflix.

High-speed fiber optic internet with 50 MB upload/download, as well as UPS for very stable internet access for anyone who needs to "Work from home".

We will also supply large bottles of reverse osmosis filtered water during your stay.

Access to the laundry facilities is available during your stay for a fee.
There are also laundromats in the city and we can provide you with that information.

The entire property is gated and equipped with security cameras to ensure your safety and well-being during your stay.
